Are all your pieces made of real gold?

Yes. All of our jewelry is crafted from genuine 14K or 18K gold and comes with a warranty certificate.

Are the diamonds natural?
Absolutely. We use only natural diamonds. Some designs may also include a variety of gemstones, depending on the style.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Up to 14 business days for production and processing, plus approximately 3 business days for shipping.

Can I order a custom-designed piece?
Yes. We specialize in custom designs and can adjust sizes, engravings, stone settings, and more – based on your request.

How can I find the right size?
You’re welcome to consult with us. We can help match your size based on an existing piece or send you a sizing guide.

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Every piece comes with a warranty that covers manufacturing defects, in accordance with our policy.

Can I return or exchange a piece?
That depends on the item and its value. Custom-made pieces and those priced over 3,000 NIS cannot be returned or exchanged. Full details can be found in our "Returns & Exchanges Policy" page.

What payment options are available?
You can pay securely online by credit card or via PayPal. Bank transfer is also available upon request.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We offer international shipping with DHL Express, including full tracking.
