Who are you? Who is operating the website

We are a family company with second generation of jewelry producers and 50 years of reputation. We produce jewelry to the direct client, the members of the Diamond Exchange and to shops worldwide. We are specialized in gold and diamond jewelry, engagement rings and wedding jewelry, inlay work, casting gold, three-dimensional design, diamond polishing and we also serve as Gemology consultants.


What type of material do you use?

We use the finest gold and diamond for our jewelry. We make sure that the quality of the raw material is the best and that it comes from certified sources.

Where does the raw material come from?

We have gold and diamond coming from several continents and countries. Most of the gold that we use comes from North America, while the biggest part of diamonds comes from Israel.

Can I be sure that you only sell certified diamonds?

The certification to distinguish conflict diamonds from the ones that were produced in fair mining process started in 2003 under the auspices of the United Nations. The Kimberley certificate proves that the rough diamond does not come from conflict zones, the mining was not done under unfair labor circumstances and that the revenue produced by the rough diamond was not used to support wars.

All the rough diamond that we use has a valid Kimberly certificate issued in the country of origin.


I found a jewelry that I like, but I am not sure about the size. Can I try it on before I buy?

We sell online and unfortunately we cannot send you the jewelry just for trying. You can buy the items of your known or estimated size, and if it does not fit, we can resize or exchange it conform to our Return Policy.

I would like to buy a surprise gift for my wife. How do I know the correct size for a ring?

You can check one of her rings for the size. It is also a good idea to see her taste in jewelry. Furthermore, you can ask advice and information from her friends and family.

You can also request a free ring sizer from us. Or you can order the selected ring with an estimated size and we do the fitting and resizing free of charge, conform to our Return Policy, within 45 days after the purchase.

Can you make a ring that I designed myself?

Yes, we manufacture custom jewelry upon request. Send us a photo or a drawing of the piece that you want, we will prepare you a quote and then we create the jewelry that you imagined. As today's technology makes it possible to design on a computer, we can also assist you to make a three-dimensional drawing to help your decision.

Is there a possibility to engrave a dedication into an engagement or wedding ring?

Of course, we can engrave a dedication on any piece made of gold, such as rings or pendants.

Is there a warranty for your products?

Yes, there is a lifelong warranty on our products. For further information please check our Terms and Conditions and our Return Policy. When purchasing jewelry from us, we provide a warranty document that proves details of the item and of the purchase, together with information including care, cleaning, and value.

What is covered by the lifetime warranty?

We use the best quality material for our jewelry and all of the items are carefully inspected before being shipped. We are proud of our products and we make sure we only sell the best, without any manufacturing defect or quality issue. Our warranty includes free cleaning, re-polishing, and prong tightening.

How can I pay?

Where do you ship?

We can send the purchased items to your home, to your office or to any address where you or an authorized person can receive them.

How do you ship?

We use DHL for all of our international shipments. In case you wish to place an international order, we will check and confirm if we can provide safe and quality means of shipment.

What about shipping high-value items?

In case of extreme high-value items, we organize special shipment or we contact you to agree about how you can pick up the jewelry in person.

Do I have to pay taxes or any custom charge when placing an international order?

International customers are responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied or charged by the destination country, so please check with the local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

The items are sent to you within 3 or 5 working days after the purchase. We confirm you by e-mail when the shipment has been sent and we also provide you with an individual tracking code, to be able to check with the forwarder where your delivery is.

Can I have the items sooner?

All of the items are checked and certified before being sent out. Personalized engravings or adjustments also require time. We do our best to prepare your jewelry ready to transport as fast as possible, but we would like to emphasize the importance of time to ensure quality work. Is using your website safe? Do you secure my payment details?

Do you provide insurance services for the jewelry bought from you?

We do not provide jewelry insurance, but we highly recommend that you insure your jewelry. When purchasing from us, we issue an insurance certificate including the value of the item. This certificate gives the insurance agent of your choice the recommended price for the insurance. This document is also the warranty certificate for the jewelry.

Are the items safe during shipment and delivery?

Yes, they are. We do our best to secure and insure the items during transit. All delivery requires proof of identity and signature.


Can I return or change an item?

Yes, you can. Jewelry in stock can be replaced up to 14 days from the purchase. In case of custom made jewelry - that was created especially for the customer - that depends on the item. For more details please consult our Return Policy.
