Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Marilyn Jewelry, we do everything we can to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Nevertheless, we respect the customer’s right to cancel a transaction in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981) and its applicable regulations.

Important Information

According to the law, jewelry is considered a custom-made item – especially when it is made according to the customer’s specific request (such as personalized design, sizing, engraving, stone setting, etc.).
In such cases, the product cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing defect or a significant discrepancy from the original order.

When can a transaction be canceled?

  • For jewelry that is not customized and is priced at up to 3,000 NIS, cancellation is allowed within two business days (excluding rest days) from the date of purchase.

  • The cancellation will only be accepted if the jewelry has not been used, is returned in new condition, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice and warranty certificate.

Exchanges

  • Jewelry that was not customized and is valued at up to 3,000 NIS may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, subject to the same conditions listed above.

Refunds

  • A refund will only be issued for jewelry that is not custom-designed or personalized and is valued at up to 3,000 NIS.

  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.

  • In the event of cancellation due to a change of heart, a cancellation fee of 5% of the total purchase amount or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) will be deducted, in accordance with the law.

Shipping Costs – in case of cancellation

  • Even when the website states “free shipping,” the shipping cost is included in the price of the jewelry.
    Therefore, in case of a legal cancellation, the following actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund:

    • Domestic shipping (within Israel): 100 NIS

    • International shipping (via DHL): 500 NIS

Return Shipping

  • The return shipping of the item is the responsibility and at the expense of the customer.

Cases in which returns or exchanges will not be accepted:

  • Jewelry that was custom-designed or modified at the customer’s request.

  • Jewelry with a value above 3,000 NIS.

  • Jewelry that has been used, damaged, or returned without its original packaging.

  • Returns made after the legal time period allowed for cancellation.

How to request a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team (by phone, email, or WhatsApp) and provide your order number.

  2. We will provide you with return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will update you on the approval of the return or exchange, as applicable.
